New Horizons is a spacecraft, launched in 2006, to provide flyby investigations at Jupiter in 2007, Pluto in 2015, and more distant Kuiper Belt Objects (KBO) beyond Pluto. Currently, the spacecraft is heading towards a small KBO, designated as KBO-2014MU69, for a flyby investigation in 2019.
